PRODUCTION BASE

The company is located in the eastern marginal mountainous area of Chongqing, with vast mountain fields, fertile land, luxuriant vegetation, abundant rainfall, cold climate, less sunshine, short frost free period, with the best ecological environment for Coptis chinensis growth. The annual average temperature is 10.4 ℃, the annual precipitation is 1372 mm, the sunshine is 1140 hours, the frost free period is 188-210 days, the dryness k = 0.5, and the relative humidity is 80-90%. Most of the cultivated soil is purple soil and yellow brown soil, and a small part is yellow soil and chernozem. The acidity and alkalinity are acidic to slightly acidic. The plough layer humus is thick, the content of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium is high, and the fertility is moderate. The planting of Coptis chinensis has high yield and good quality. It is the core demonstration area of 50000 Mu gap planting base of Coptis chinensis. The company has built more than 15000 Mu gap certified planting base, 2000 mu export processing record base, 3000 mu organic Coptis planting base and 10070 Mu genuine medicinal material certification planting base. The annual average planting and harvesting of Coptis chinensis is 3000 mu, with an annual output of 750 tons of Coptis chinensis (including 25 tons of export Coptis).
